We put a/an before a singular noun to indicate it is not a particular one, it is just one of many. A/ an might refer to
· a single object or person: John bought a book last week.
· a job: My dad is a doctor.
· a kind of, or example of something: She´s a beautiful girl.

· before u and eu when they sound like “you”.

The Conversation Circle for Beginners is a blog created to provide a space for conversation in which students can share their opinions about different subjects that will be proposed weekly. This blog is going to be an opportunity for students to keep interaction outside the class since it will enable them to practice - through communication - what they are learning in class. Besides that, the blog will enrich the content of the course through the posting of extra activities and tips.
